The milk we use is “Ichizu,” which is processed using the pasteurization method at a low temperature of 85°C, preserving the milk’s natural flavor and characteristics!

A variety of selected ingredients are also imported from France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, America, and more.
We use domestically sourced ingredients as much as possible for fruits that decorate our cakes, such as strawberries and chestnuts.

because we want to protect the Japanese food culture in which we value the four seasons and savor local cultures, and producers who support it.

Six types of flour, domestic rice flour, and seven types of sugar are used in different ways.
The sponge dough of cakes lined up in the showcase and cookie dough are crafted with different recipes for each
that best suit them!
We create different textures and flavors by changing the types and
the ratio of sugar and flour used.
The baking powder we use for our baked goods is aluminum-free.
We also use organic shortening and 100% organic,
healthy and cholesterol-free palm oil!
It requires additional work since we do not use additives and preservatives,
but we can create healthy sweets that are good for your body.
We want to use naturally derived ingredients as much as possible because what we create is consumed orally.
